Qiyadon's autonomous agent processes accounts-payable and accounts-receivable data on behalf of founder-led SMBs -- specifically vendor invoices, customer invoices, and related payment and matching records connected through your ERPNext account. We collect only what is necessary to create, match, and manage these invoices, and to flag overdue receivables or anomalies.
We do not collect personal information beyond what is required to configure and operate the service, and we do not sell, rent, or share your financial or invoicing data with third parties.
We use the information connected through your ERPNext account solely to:
Invoice and financial processing data is retained for the duration of your active engagement with Qiyadon. Upon termination, this data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations.
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your financial and invoicing data against unauthorized access or disclosure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel operating under confidentiality obligations.
Each client's invoicing and financial data is stored in isolated environments. Your invoices, payment records, and account information are never accessible to other clients.
We integrate with ERPNext and may use other third-party infrastructure or communication tools in the delivery of the service. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the delivery of Qiyadon's services only.
We use minimal technical cookies necessary for the operation of this website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You retain full ownership and control of your invoicing and financial data at all times. You may request deletion of your data, export of your records, or revocation of our ERPNext access at any time by emailing contact@qiyadon.com.
Qiyadon's services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the primary contact on your account at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
