Terms of Service

Effective: April 29, 2026  •  Qiyadon

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Qiyadon pipeline execution services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not engage our services.

2. Nature of Service

Qiyadon provides done-for-you pipeline follow-up execution, including inbound lead contact, dormant lead reactivation, CRM hygiene, escalation alerting, and weekly pipeline reporting. The scope of services is defined at the time of engagement and detailed in your signed Client Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate lead and pipeline information
  • Ensuring you have the authority to grant Qiyadon access to your CRM and pipeline data
  • Providing timely approval of messaging sequences and follow-up rules before they are activated
  • Maintaining an available point of contact to receive and act on escalation alerts

4. Qiyadon Responsibilities

Qiyadon agrees to:

  • Execute follow-up sequences as configured and approved by the client
  • Deliver weekly pipeline reports every Friday
  • Maintain client data confidentiality and isolation
  • Operate within the outreach guidelines provided by the client

5. Confidentiality

Qiyadon treats all client pipeline data as strictly confidential. Your leads, pipeline reports, and account information are never shared with other clients or third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the contracted service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qiyadon's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the affected period of service. Qiyadon is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or reputational harm arising from pipeline outcomes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, Qiyadon will cease active follow-up execution and revoke CRM access within 5 business days. Data retention follows the policy outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the client's primary business is registered, unless otherwise specified in a separately executed Client Service Agreement.

9. Service Modifications

Qiyadon reserves the right to modify service specifications with 14 days written notice to the client. Material changes to pricing or scope require a new engagement agreement.
